Ingredients to make sirloin with orange and honey sauce:
1. The first step to prepare this sour pork sirloin recipe, will be painted the sirloin with oil and seal it in a preheated satin. Once the meat is sealed everywhere, remove from the pan and reserve.
2. In the same pan, without washing, pour the orange juice and break up the bottom. Then add the rosemary, honey and vinegar.
