Salachichas recipe in papillote with onion and zucchini

We peel and cut into Juliana (in fine strips) the onion.

Ingredients to make sausages in papillote with onion and zucchini:
12 Frankfurt media sausages
2 onions
1 calabacín
2 mature tomatoes
1 tablespoon of parsley
4 tablespoons of olive oil
salt

2. In a small and covered casserole we slow the onion with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

3. When the onion is soft, we take out of the heat and reserve.

4. We prepare 4 sheets of aluminum foil.

5. On each aluminum foil we put the sausages, a little cooked onion, a slice of zucchini and a ripe tomato chopper, all sprinkled with a little salt.

6. We wrap well a package, closing the ends but without crushing and leaving air inside.

7. Cook in the oven about 10 minutes and serve hot drawing the sausages of the package along with the onion, zucchini and tomato.

8. If we want we can save with a little tomato sauce.
