Russian fillet recipe with cheese

Have you ever tried the Russian fillets? In Spain they are known by this name, but they are also called Emsalisbury Steak/EM or Emhamburger Steak/Em. Although we are not certain that it comes from Russia, in Spain we know it with this name and we serve it, normally with tomato sauce. In recipesgratis we have prepared Russian fillets with cheese, changing some ingredients such as parsley, to replace it with thyme. We have also seasoned meat with a special touch, brown salsa for meats. If you want to see children and adults enjoy equal parts, encourage yourself to prepare this fun dish.

Ingredients to make Russian fillets with cheese:

1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the Russian fillets with cheese.

2. We started with the garlic very small along with the thyme. The traditional Russian fillet recipe is made with parsley, but we have preferred to version it with this field ingredients.

3. We dress the minced meat with salt, ground black pepper, garlic and thyme. We mix well.

4. We incorporate the egg that will give texture to these Russian fillets with cheese. We continue mixing well and put 1 tablespoon of HP sauce (brown salsa for meats), move and add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. We continue mixing until all the ingredients are incorporated. You can also replace the breadcrumbs with wet bread crumb in milk.

5. We make balls with ground meat and place them on a flat surface. We put cheese pieces inside the balls, pressing so that they do not leave, and then we crush them with the hand until they are as if they were hamburgers, but with a thickness of about 2 centimeters.

6. We pass the Russian flour fillets and fry them in abundant olive oil at a high temperature. We let them cook about 4-5 minutes on each side so that the meat is cooked inside. We take out and place on absorbent paper paper so that they lose excess oil.

7. You can serve the Russian fillets with cheese accompanied by homemade tomato sauce and potatoes gratin with Bacon. We hope you like!
