Rosbif recipe with stewed potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into dice, cook them in salt water and drain them. Chop the peppers also in dice and saute them, along with the potatoes, in 2 teaspoons of oil.

Ingredients to make rosbif with stewed potatoes:
200 gr. of potatoes
200 gr. of peppers
100 gr. from rosbif or a veal fillet of the same weight
2 teaspoons of oil
2 peppers
1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate
2 dl. from broth
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon of picked parsley

2. Crush the bullshit peppers with blender (if preferred, can be replaced by tomato concentrate) and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Incorporate the broth.

3. Sazonar with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with well chopped parsley. Serve very hot accompanied with the rosbif or the roasted veal fillet.
