ROQUEFORT Entrecot Recipe

1 Bottle of Nat

3. We put the vegetables on the grill.

5. When the butter is melted, we add the roquefort and melts it and then the cream and salt.





6. When the sauce is already, we put the entrecot on the grill and we do it to taste, made very done or to the point.





7. We set the vegetables and potatoes and sprinkle them with green sauce (parsley garlic).
