Ingredients to make roasted veal to the rosemary:
2. Once golden on the outside we add some water (as half a glass) and white wine (another half glass).
3. Add the fresh rosemary branch, cover the pot and close pressure.
4. When the pot is placed in maximum cooking, then we have 40 minutes.
5. Let the pot lose pressure and once we can open it, we take the veal checking that it is tender, fille it, strain the sauce and link it with a little cornstarch.
6. We accompany with a garrison of cooked vegetables.
