Roasted pork leg recipe on your juice

Ingredients to make roasted pork leg in your juice:
For 4 people ::
2 kilos of pork leg
1 cup of sour orange juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 chopped garlic head
1 teaspoon of ground oregano
1 teaspoon of ground cumin.


Creole mojo ::
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 large white onion chopped in small boxes
1/4 of finely chopped garlic head
1 cup of large sour orange juice.
