2. We introduce in the oven over low heat (150º C) for an hour.
3. past that time, we turn to the Lechazo piece by placing the rest of the butter on top.
4. We season and add some tablespoons of water with lemon.
5. again we introduce in the oven during approx. 30 min. over high heat (180º c) to be browned, being ready to be served.
6. We accompany some roasted patatitas together with onion in another tray in the oven, if we have room, or we can do them in advance and then heat them.
7. It can also be accompanied by an escarole salad, lettuce and fresh scallion, so that digestion does not become so heavy.
