Ingredients to make roasted lamb leg: |
1 lamb leg 400 gr. from beans 2 onion 3 potatoes ½ glass of txakolà water crooin of refined cor 1 branch of thyme olive oil salt |

2. Peel the potatoes and onion, cut the potatoes into thick slices and the scallions in half.
3. Place them next to the Lamb. Spray with oil, pour the txakolÃ, sprinkle with the thyme and introduce in the oven for 45 –50 minutes at 190ºC. The potatoes will be made in approximately 20 minutes, therefore retir them and put them again 5 minutes from the end of the roast.
4. Remove from the oven and serve. Place the lamb leg in the center of the tray, on one side the potatoes and the other onion.
5. Add some water to the oven plate, scrape with a spatula and pour the content to a casserole. Add some refined cornmeal to link. Salsa the lamb.
6. Salte the beans in a pan with a little oil and pour on.
