1. We gather all the ingredients to make roast ham with honey and mustard.
2. We started the Christmas recipe for bittersweet sauce. To do this, in a bowl we mix honey with the two types of mustard and thyme.
3. We place the piece of ham on an oven tray in which we have put 3 tablespoons of olive oil and salt and pepper.
