Redondo Redondo Recipe

With the help of a flour needle, we introduce the cooked egg, carrot and bacon, all cut into strips.

1 carrot
oil
1 onion leek
1 tomato
1 garlic
2 teeth white wine
pajil
1kg. Redondo
1 piece Cooked egg

Ingredients to make tamchado:

2. Then, we season with salt and pepper, and, placing it in a roasting, we brown it over the fire, after spraying it with a little oil.

3. Once the round, add the vegetables, (to roast), well washed and chopped in dice.

4. We put the roasting in the oven, with a temperature of about 180º C, keeping it the necessary time, until you click the piece; Sprinkling it, from time to time, with a little white wine.

5. It can be served accompanied by chips and vegetables cooked and sauteed with garlic and butter.

6. The juice that remains in the roasting, sneaks, and is the ideal sauce to accompany this roast.
