Recipe for veal medallions with mushroom sauce

We cut the sirloin fillets into medallions and salt and pepper.

750 grams of veal sirloin.
1 kilo of mushrooms.
2 flesh broth deciliters.
40 grams of butter or margarine.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
1 cup of odor corn.
