1. First, we make the veal meatballs: in a large bowl we put the meat, salt, pepper, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. Everything mixes uniformly and let stand.
2. Meanwhile, we prepare the homemade tomato sauce. Thus, we cut garlic, onion, peppers in Brunoise and put them to saute with olive oil. Add the crushed tomato boat and salt and pepper, we add the vera paprika and a little sugar to remove acidity from the tomato. Let cook about 15 minutes over low heat, while stirring.
3. In a pan we put the sunflower oil to fry the veal meatballs. We take the meat and we are making some balls, we pass them through flour and start frying them in the pan in which we have sunflower oil. They are fried, remove and drain on absorbent paper.
4. Next, we put them inside the casserole where we have prepared the tomato and let them cook for another 15 minutes, carefully not to burn. You can throw some water or broth. We rectify salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve!
