Recipe for veal fillets in tomato sauce

Ingredients to make veal fillets in tomato sauce:
1 onion
1 calabacín
1 eggplant
4 tomatoes

Ingredients to make veal fillets in tomato sauce:

1. Cut the veal into pieces and salpimentar (more or less the size of the photo).





2. Seal the veal in a wide or pot with a little oil. Before we cook it completely we remove it.

3. Cut all vegetables into small dice. In the same container where we have marked the meat we will make a homemade ratatus. First we cook the onion with a couple of garlic, then the rest of the ingredients and finally, the tomato.

4. Once the sauce for veal fillets, pour wine and meat, and let reduce.



Trick: If we do not want in our sauce to remain pieces of the vegetable, we can crush it, until it is more or less thick (as can be seen in the cover photo).

5. We can accompany veal meat in tomato sauce with white rice or roasted potatoes. Serve and enjoy.
