Recipe for veal corner in oyster sauce

Ingredients to make veal corner in oyster sauce:
1 corner of veal
1 white onion
200 gr Ostras sauce
50 gr white wine

2. We cover it with a layer of oyster sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.





3. We cut the onion into feathers and brown it into a pot.





4. We place the veal corner and brown it on all sides.





5. When it is golden, we add the wine and two more tablespoons of the oyster sauce, cover and cook over low heat until it is completely cooked.





6. Remove the pita with which we tie, cut into slices, serve and taste.
