1 clog garlic
1 finely minced parsley spoon

3. Mix with the other ingredients, knead and form the hamburgers.

4. Slide them slightly with butter and cook them in hot iron one next to each other.

5. Split the bread, place the hambuerguesa already cooked and if you like it, pour: mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup and cucumber in vinegar.

6. Accompany with french fries.
