1. To prepare this pork recipe, the first thing we must do is let all the ingredients ready. In this recipe we will make a somewhat different version of the classic Wellington Solomillo, since we will use Bacon. We will use the pate to spread it in the Solomillos, so you can select the taste you like the most. You can use mushroom pate, pork or even vegetables.
2. Now that we have everything ready, we salt and pepper the sirloins. To do this, we put little, since the pate and the bacon have enough. Then, we spread with the pate selected the two sirloin pieces. Apply a generous layer.
3. We wrap the sirloins with the bacon strips so that they are totally covered. Once wrapped, extend the puff pastry sheets. Place each piece on a sheet and wrap them with the dough completely.
