Potato meat and potato torty recipe

Ingredients to make meat cake and potato tortilla:
250 grams of bacon
350 grams of minced meat

Ingredients to make meat cake and potato tortilla:

1. We cook a couple of eggs. Meanwhile we are preparing the meat. In a bowl we put the minced meat, add the ketchup and mix well. We add and mix the breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper and finally the egg. We mix everything well and let macerate in the bowl covered with film paper (the one to wrap the snacks).





2. Now we go with the part of the tortilla. We prepare everything as if it were to make a traditional potato tortilla. Chop the potatoes, onion and garlic clutch and put it to fry. When we are half made from the fire and reserve (without oil) in a bowl until at least temperate, since if they are still hot when we add the beaten egg we run the risk of having. Once they are well of temperature, we beat 2 eggs, add them to the potatoes and mix well.





3. We already have the meat and tortilla prepared to cook. Now we just have to set up the cake. Meanwhile we will preheat the oven at 180ºC. Before placing anything in the mold we add a little oil, the right thing so that with the help of a little kitchen paper we grease the bottom and the walls of the mold. At first it would not be necessary because the Bacon will release quite fat, but just in case. Now we can place each ingredient in order. Then, we remove the aluminum foil and leave it another 20 minutes, watching the color that the omelet layer has so that it does not brown too much. Once ready, take the meat cake out of the oven, we hit with the table or countertop so that it is released and unmold. The aspect of the roasted bacon is irresistible.





8. The ideal would be to eat it fresh from the oven, carefully because cheese burns a lot. But if not, you can heat it later in the microwave without problem. Alone or accompanied by the sauce that you like the most like the barbecue sauce, this meat and potato tortilla is very rich.
