1 Pork Sirloin unit
1 onion unit
2 units of garlic cloves
1 glass of oporte wine
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Ingredients to make Oporto Solomillo:

1. Common ingredients such as onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to complement this recipe with the rich pork sirloin and oporto wine.





2. We cut the meat into medallions of 1 centimeter more or less thick and salt and pepper on both sides.





3. We cut the onion and garlic in very small pieces and reserve.





4. We heat the olive oil in the pan and mark the medallions over medium heat on both sides until they acquire a golden color. We take out and reserve.





5. In the same pan, add a little more oil and saute the garlic until brown.





6. We incorporate the chopped onion until it is brown.





7. We climb the pan and incorporate the Oporto wine so that alcohol evaporates and we heat everything.





8. We include the medallions and leave over medium heat until it reduces the sauce taking care not to burn the onion.





9. After 5-10 minutes (keep in mind that we had already marked the meat), we served the pork sirloin to the port and … good benefit! You can accompany it with roasted potatoes and vegetable garrison.
