Pork tenderloin recipe with plums

First we salt and pepper the meat and brown it in a casserole with a splash of oil. Then we take out the meat and reserve apart. In the same casserole with the oil we have used we throw the onions to brown. Then we incorporate the prayers and finally, the meat and the beer. Then lets cook everything with the casserole covered for at least one hour. We take out the meat and when it is cold, we cut it into slices to our liking. We serve with hot and hot sauce. We can decorate this tasty dish with raisins and chives.
