Ingredients to do pork sirloin with apple chutney:
1. To make this pork sirloin recipe, we start with the preparation of bittersweet sauce. To do this, we chop the onion and saute it over low heat, with the already hot oil. When it becomes transparent, we add the cinnamon and ginger, stir and let cook for one or two minutes to low heat.
Trick: If you want, in this step you can also add cumin, cardomomo and some spicy spices.
2. Then, add the brown sugar, stir and let it dissolve. We add the vinegar, the orange juice and the zest, we mix, we wait for it to boil and incorporate the peeled and diced apples.
