We cut the slices in slices, salt and pepper and place in the varoma; we reserve. We peel the apples, remove the heart and chop them. We peel and chop the carrots and onion; we peel the garlic. We put the vegetable and apple in the glass and chop 10 sec a vel 4. Add the oil and poach 10 minutes tª varoma, vel 1. Pasado time add the water (plus the cider, if we choose to throw it), the broth pill and spices. We put the varoma in its place and program 25 minutes, tª varoma, vel 1. After the time, check that the meat is, if not, we give it 3 or 5 more minutes. We remove the varoma and set the sirloin and cover it with the sauce. Note: If you like the finest sauce, you can crush (15 sec a vel 8), but I loved it without crushing. Decorate Gajitos with the apple if you want the poor with potatoes … great. It is a very simple recipe and the truth is that the sauce is delicious, even to accompany chicken breasts.
