Ingredients to make pork sirloin to brandy:
1 pork sirloin
1 large onion
1 handful of raisas sultaas
1 small glass of brandy
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 pinch of salt
ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Average cost, nothing spicy, fried

Ingredients to make pork sirloin to brandy:

1. We start preparing this sirloin to brandy putting oil in a casserole (this time I will prepare it without express pot) and brown the meat everywhere. Just brown, we don want it to be done at this point. When ready, we take it out and reserve.

2. If necessary add some more oil and put the onion to brown.

3. When you are tender, add the raisins and stir well.

4. Next, we incorporate the pork sirloin and add the brandy. We let it cook on fire not very strong and a half covered (so that the liquid does not evaporate too fast but all the alcohol evaporates) about 15 minutes, clicking the meat from time to time and moving the pork sirloin in Brandy sauce so that It is done well everywhere.

Trick: We want the meat to be pink and tender. With 15 minutes he gave me plenty. When in doubt, we can make a small cut in the center and see the point of the meat. If necessary, we leave a few more minutes.

5. When the meat is ready, we turn off, take the piece of pork sirloin to the brandy and cut it into rather thick medallions. We place them in a fountain and water them with the sauce. A real Delicia de Plato!
