Ingredients to make pork rib in plum sauce:

500 grams of pork rib carnududa
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of fresh oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 cup of plum sauce (the mark of your preference)
