Ingredients to make pork in Málaga mountain butter:
1. In a saucepan we put the spine cut in taquitos and add all the rest of the ingredients except the butter and let it macerate for 24 hours in the fridge.
Trick: Use a good paprika. The size of the pieces is not important because it can then be cut into slices or serve a whole piece with some butter.
