1 Kg. Pork Liver 1/2 kg Fresh bacon 1/2 Pork butter gut 1 glass of ground black pepper laurel salt 3 nails |

2. In a smeared pot with butter all components are thrown, taking care that both the liver and the bacon are well chopped.
3. Let all 24 hours macerate.
4. Put it in the water bath for about 3 or 4 hours.
5. Once we have the preparation, the laurel and nails are removed and beat the blender and poured into the container where we want to keep it and that we will have previously smeared with butter
