Pork chops with piperrada

In the first place we elaborate the piperrada, cutting in julienne (we cut into fine strips) the onion, the green pepper and the peppers of the piquillo.

Ingredients to make pork chops with piperrada:
4 pork chops
1 dl of olive oil
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
250 grams of piquillo pepper
1 large green pepper
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
5 tablespoons of olive oil
salt

Ingredients to make pork chops with piperrada:

2. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil and fillet garlic.

3. When the vegetables are soft we add 6 tablespoons of fried tomato and put salt if necessary.

4. We reserve hot is piperrada to serve it with the chops.

5. We cook pork chops on a very hot plate or pan with a tablespoon of oil.

6. We brown them for 3 minutes on each side.

7. We season with salt.

8. We serve the chops accompanied by the piperrada.
