In the first place we elaborate the piperrada, cutting in julienne (we cut into fine strips) the onion, the green pepper and the peppers of the piquillo.

4 pork chops 1 dl of olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 250 grams of piquillo pepper 1 large green pepper 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce 5 tablespoons of olive oil salt |
Ingredients to make pork chops with piperrada:
2. Sauté the vegetables in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil and fillet garlic.
3. When the vegetables are soft we add 6 tablespoons of fried tomato and put salt if necessary.
