2. Once cooked, take them out of the pan and reserve them in a place near the fire so they do not cool.
3. In the same pan in which we have cooked the chops and with the same fat they have released, we add the lemon juice, the cream and reduce until there is a creamy and tasty sauce.
4. If the sauce was a bit strong of flavor or too thick, we can lighten it with a little meat or water broth with a little broth pill.
5. We serve the chops with the sauce in a separate salsera and accompany them with homemade potatoes.
