Pork chops recipe in papillote

Put a large sheet of aluminum foil on the oven plate, to later make a bag or hollow package (papillote). Have a background with apples cut into thin slices and on them place small pineapple triangles.

2. In a pan, with a few drops of oil, brown pork chops and incorporate them into the oven plate, putting them on top of chopped fruits. Express orange and lemon and, with their juice, water the chops.

3. Salpimentar and close the sheet of aluminum foil making a package. Pay special care to fold the edges well.

4. Put the plate in the oven, at 200 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. Withdraw. Break the bag made with the aluminum foil and serve the chops, with the garrison fruit watered with its own juice.
