Pork chop recipe with bittersweet sauce

This recipe is elaborated in the Chilean style.

Ingredients to make pork chop with bittersweet sauce:
For 4 people ::
8 Cabazada pork chops. 50 g of sugar.
1 tablespoon of cornmeal (cornstarch).
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar.
Salt
pepper to taste.

2. We adobobo the chops with salt and pepper and then we apply them in the ground cookie.

3. We put them in a source of oven to 180 ºC for 25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in a pan with little oil, saute the onion cut into strips until it is soft, but not golden.

5. We add the green pepper and the carrot, cut into squares, letting them pohen.

6. Subsequently, we add the sugar until the vegetables falls apart and caramelice.

7. Finally, we add the vinegar.

8. To finish, we wet the set with a glass of water and thickened with the cornstarch.

9. When the linked and creamy sauce is already, add the pineapple cut into pieces and put salt.

10. We place the chops on lettuce leaves in a fountain and pour the sauce above.
