Ingredients to make pig casserole with chestnuts and lime.
For 4 people ::
400 gr. pork (bondiola)
4 ud. onion
4 ud. sweet potato (sweet potato)
aceite de Oliva (necessary quantity)
4 clove
2 soup spoon ginger rallado
2 ud. Picantes
3 ud. Lima zest or subtle lines
100 gr. cjú chestnut
2 soup spoon mint
2 soup spoon soy sauce
basil mince
Plato termination ::
lemon (segments) and/o
menta fresh

Ingredients to make pig casserole with chestnuts and lime.

2. Remove, open the peel in half and reserve.

3. Cut the pig in strips of 3 to 5 cm. long by 1 or 2 wide (to taste).

4. Heat in deep pan or wok, enough olive oil to brown the pig for 4 minutes, on both sides and reserve.

5. Pele and pique the onions, chili and garlic, jump in olive oil vegetables and jenjibre, cook for 3 minutes.

6. Incorporate the chopped chestnuts to the pig, the zest of the citrus, the mint, the basil and the soy sauce.

7. Mix, serve decorate and accompany with roasted sweet potatoes.
