Ox tourneos recipe with truffle sauce

Cut the tournedos and sauté them with the butter, when they are ready; Add the brandy and flame.

Ingredients to make ox tourneos with truffle sauce:
For 4 people ::
1 kg. from ox sirloin
salt
1 small can of truffles
1/2 l. of meat juice
pepper
vegetables
1 cup of brandy
100 gr. butter
2 glasses of oporto wine

2. In a separate saucepan, reduce the port, adding the truffle cut in julienne and juice.

4. In a carver, place the vegetables that are desired at the top of the plate, in the center place the tourneos and at the bottom the sauce.
