1. To start making homemade meatballs, in a bowl we add the minced meat with a good pinch of salt, ketchup and pepper. We mix all the ingredients with the hands to integrate them well.
2. When we get a homogeneous dough, we take a small portion of it, crush it a little and put a piece of cheese in the center. Then, we cover it with another portion of the mass of meat similar to the size of the first, we give it a ball shape and we put it on a plate.
