For 6 people :: 1 kg. Ingredients to make the Mexican fillet tips:
2. Cover and cool for at least 2 hours (or leave all night).
3. Heat the oil in large pan or iron cauldron and sauté the onion for 4 minutes.
4. Add the chopped garlic and steak tips, moving over high heat until the meat is brown (about 7 minutes).
