Meat recipe with basil

Season the meat with the pepper, spread it with the oil and adhere the chopped basil.

Ingredients to make meat with basil:
For 6 people ::
1 kg. Gorda
1 kg. BUEY
SAL
PEPER
1 Pimienta
1 Key Oil
1 RAMA BLASS ALBAHACA Fresh
1 kg. flour
For the sauce ::
1 spoon soup chopped onion
25 gr. margarina
1 soup spoon flour
1/4 l. broth
1/4 l. milk
1 you. egg yolk
1 teaspoon mustard

Ingredients to make meat with basil:

2. Prepare in a bowl a thick paste with the salt, the necessary flour and water.

3. Spread the meat with the paste, place in a roasting and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.

4. Remove, break the crust and cut the meat into slices.

5. Salsa: sauté in a pan onion with margarine, add the flour, cook for a few seconds and incorporate the broth and milk.

6. Continue cooking stirring until it boils and thickens.

7. Out of fire, add the yolk, mustard and mix.

8. Serve the meat bathed with the sauce.

9. Note: With this same salt paste, chicken can be prepared.
