Cut the roasted meat in strips. Take the potatoes, make them puré and acláre it with the hot meat broth. Crush the onion in pen and fry it in oil castled with salt oregano and cumin at ease. Add the cut meat. Add the potato broth with meat and onion. Dress with the chopped parsley and with the beaten yolk in 1/4 cup of milk let cook for about 25 minutes. When serving add the vinegar. Serve very hot.
