The previous day the hard bread is cut in fine crumbs. With the hands they get rid of, we soak them with salt water, cover and reserve until the next day.

½ k of hard bread ½ head of garlic 1 tablespoon of paprika 50 g of chorizo 50 of bacon 100 g of chinchorras 1 dl of oil salt |

2. The next morning in a pan, the oil is thrown. In this oil we sauté the bacon, chinchorras and whole garlic with skin.
3. When the garlic is brown and the transparent bacon is added the sausage and followed the bread. With a wooden spoon we turn around and throw over the paprika.
4. Before serving hot we do not stop turning in order for all crumbs to soak up and are golden.
