Marinated Matambre Recipe

Prepare a marinade mixing the bay, thyme, salt, pepper, vinegar and wine. Let the mischievous matmbre stand all night in this marinade.

Ingredients to make marinated mature:
1 matambre
2 sheets laurel
1/2 tza vinegar
1 glass wine
tomillo, salt, pepper
1 pack of frozen spinach
1 onion sauté
grated cheese
1 egg
zanahorias grated
morrones
6 Hard eggs
7g Gelatina without flavor

Ingredients to make marinated mature:

3. Sprinkle with the jelly, accommodate carrots, bullshit and hard eggs.

4. overwhelm and wrap with aluminum foil.

5. Bake with 2 chases of water 1h 30´.
