Mallorcan calluses recipe

Mallorcan calluses ingredients:
For 4 people ::
500 gr. of raw calluses of veal
600 gr. From veal
400 gr. of tomatoes
200 gr. from onion
100 gr. of serrano ham
100 gr. from chorizo
olive oil
ajos
laurel
pepper
1 sprig of aromatic herbs
1 guide.

Mallorcan calluses ingredients:

2. Cut them into regular pieces and boil them for 4 hours together with the hand of veal.
