Loin recipe in mushroom sauce and Jerez

Preparation is very easy and can be done in a round pan.

1 Unid medallon. onion
1 unid. garlic
1/2 cup (s) White wine
1/4 kg fungi
1/2 cch. Jerez
1/4 lit. Milk
1/2 Kg. fetuccini
