2. An hour before roasting it, an marinade is put with garlic, chopped parsley, oil and salt.
3. We put the baked lamb leg at 200 ºC, with the glass of water on the oven plate, and at half an hour of roast we add the glass of white wine, along with the peas.
4. We leave another half hour of roast, giving it above from time to time with its own sauce.
5. Once the leg is roasted, we pick up the roast juices and pass them through the blender and then in a saucepan we reduce the sauce softly until the desired density acquires.
6. We chop the lamb leg and accompany the pea sauce.
