Lamb jarretes recipe

4 jarretes de lamb
4 potatoes
200 gr of green beans
1 large onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 glass of white wine
water virgin extra hojiblanca
salt
pimient
pimienta

Ingredients to make lamb jar:

2. Place in a baking sheet and enter the oven (previously heated) at 200ºC, for 35 minutes.

3. Clean the jarretes, splash them and put them to brown in the fast pot.

4. When golden brown, add the chopped onion and fillet garlic.

5. Check briefly. Pour the white wine, water to cover and season.

6. Close the pot and let cook for 10 minutes from the moment the steam begins to come out.

7. Remove the jarretes and strain the broth.

8. Clean the green beans, removing the tips and threads.

9. Put some oil in a pan and jump them briefly.

10. Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a fountain, serve next to the jar and in the center the beans.

11. Riega Los Jarretes with a little oil selection meats and sprinkle the potatoes with chopped parsley and salt.

12. Do not throw the broth resulting from cooking the jarretes because it can be very useful to add to any plate of legumes, stew and even rice.

13. To take advantage of it, you have only to strain it and then freeze it in an ice cream.
