Ham recipe in ambrosia sauce

Place the ham in a tray and bake it over moderate heat for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, strain the orange segments and, to the syrup you bring, add water until you get 2/3 cup, which will mix with the corn starch, honey, salt, nails and cinnamon. Boil this mixture over low heat for five minutes; Move constantly to prevent balls from being made. Subsequently, remove the cinnamon sprig and add the butter, in order to proceed to turn off the heat. Add the orange and coconut segments and, finally, pour the mixture on the baking ham for 45 more minutes, at a temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. Note: The orange segments can be replaced by pineapple in syrup (1 can of the same amount).
