Ham Mousse Recipe

A stir -fry is prepared with margarine, ham, bacon and onion and reserve.

Ingredients to make ham mousse:
1 cup minced leg ham
0.5 cups of smoked bacon mince
1 chopdite onion head
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of English sauce
2 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons of jelly flavor
1 cup of sauce Bechamel
0.5 cream cups or thick cream
100 ccs of water
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Ingredients to make ham mousse:

2. The gelatin dissolves in warm water and also reserves. Then mix the gelatin, the bechamel sauce, milk cream, English sauce, mustard, salt and pepper.

3. Add the sauce and continue mixing and then placed in a mouse mold and refrigerates until it sets.
