Guisado ox recipe

Season the sirloin piece with salt and pepper, then sauté it in a casserole with the fresh bacon cut into fine pieces.

2 onions

2. When the meat is golden, the onion and chopped carrots, a glass of broth, a glass and a half of white wine, a little parsley are added and is boiled for about 30 minutes.

3. Remove the meat from the casserole and pass the sauce through the Pasapurés.

4. Cut the meat into thin slices.

5. Have them on a source and flame them with half a glass of brandy.

6. Serve accompanying with some bakery potatoes in olive oil with a clove of garlic cut into sheets, onion and green pepper cut into fine julienne.
