Guisada meat recipe

Season the meat with 1 on consommé. Place in a pot with 1 1/2 cups of water, the paprika, the onion, the garlic and the chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients to make stewed meat:
1 lb. (450 gr.) Of meat to stew
2 liters of resomn of res
1 lb. (450 gr.) Popes
1/2 lb. (225 gr.) From carries in slicadadas
2 leaves of coriander) mince
1 paprika (sweet chili) boy in trocitos
1 onion girl in trocitos
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of tomato paste
pepper to taste to taste
3 1/2 cups of water
1 celery stem cut into a piece of 3 inches

Ingredients to make stewed meat:
