Ingredients to make ground meat croquettes:
1. We gather all the ingredients to make the ground meat croquettes. If you prefer you can use veal meat or beef. In addition, these croquettes can be prepared with small cooked potato pieces mixed with ground meat and other ingredients.

3. Add the ketchup and mustard and continue mixing well. Mustard can be used in grain as well. Let stand in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4. We form the croquettes in the form of a ball or in a cylindrical form. We pass them through flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
5. It is time to fry the ground meat croquettes in abundant boiling oil. Remember that the oil must be very hot so that the batter is crispy.
