Grilled meat and vegetable recipe

Cut the meat into fine slices.

Ingredients to make grilled meat and vegetables:
350 grams of half frozen veal sirloin
4 eggplants
150 grams of fresh mushrooms
150 grams of small green beans
6 pumpkins
1 green or red pepper beaked
soy sauce
ginger or sauce of sesamo seeds
6 onions
1/4 kilo of canned bamboo shoots drained
60 ml. of oil cut the meat in fine slices.

Ingredients to make grilled meat and vegetables:

2. Place them in a fountain and season them with newly ground pepper, leaving them apart.

3. Cut the eggplants into fine and long slices and discard the tips; Remove the hard part of the mushrooms, clean the beans

4. Cut the pumpkin to pieces. Cut the pepper into thin sheets, removing the upper part.

5. Place all the ingredients on an electric grill and accept it slightly.

6. Save the vegetables together with the meat until they are well roasted and serve with steamed rice.
