Greek Keftedes Recipe

Drain the bread and remove the hard scab. Place the ground meat in a deep bowl and add the eggs, onion, peppermint, salt and pepper. Add the soaked bread and knead everything. Form balls or meatballs. Flour and fry them in a pan with high heat for approximately three minutes, removing them and draining excess fat.

Ingredients to make Greek Keftedes:
1 p. Bolillo bread soaked in water
1 kg. of ground beef. of natural yoghurt
2 cucumbers
3 Cuch. of olive oil
1/2 cuch. of vinegar
3 cloves of peeled garlic
salt

Ingredients to make Greek Keftedes:

2. Assemble a bed of lettuce, placing them on top and accompanied by Tzatziki or cucumbers and yogurt dressing, with garlic.

3. Peel the cucumbers, grate them, drain them and tighten them to remove excess water. Mix them with yogurt. Apart liquefy the vinegar and garlic oil, adding this to the mixture of cucumbers and yogurt, season with salt and stir well.
