2. We sauté the onion in the oil and add the carne meat. Let it be until it changes its normal color (reddish). Then, the pepper and species are added, leaving it to the fire for 15 minutes.
3. Subsequently, the paprika, wine and chicken broth pills are added.
4. Finally water is added to cover the meat and let it cook everything for an hour and a half.
5. This dish can be accompanied with wrinkled potatoes or fried potatoes and of course with a good Canarian red wine.
